What is Stori?

Stori is a collection of handcrafted candles and keepsakes designed to honor life's meaningful moments. From collectible Chapters to everyday Moments and celebration Keepsakes, every piece is created to leave something behind.

What makes Stori different?

Unlike traditional candles, many Stori pieces are designed to remain long after the final flame.

Our signature Chapters Collection includes refillable Jesmonite vessels, hidden collectible Stori Tiles, and numbered Archive Cards that become part of your growing Archive.

Are all Stori candles collectible?

No.

Only Chapters include hidden collectible Stori Tiles and numbered Archive Cards.

What is a Stori Tile?

A Stori Tile is a hidden collectible discovered as your Chapter candle burns.

Each tile features a meaningful inscription and belongs to a limited-edition collection.

Is every Stori Tile the same?

No.

Every collection includes multiple collectible tiles across different rarity levels.

Some are discovered often.

Others are exceptionally rare.

What do the rarity levels mean?

Each collection includes four rarity levels:

• Common

• Rare

• Epic

• Legendary

Every Chapter is randomly packed, making each discovery unique.

Can I choose which tile I receive?

No.

Every Chapter contains one randomly selected collectible tile.

The surprise is part of the experience.

What is an Archive Card?

Every Chapter includes a numbered Archive Card documenting its collection, fragrance, and collectible series.

Together with your Stori Tile, it becomes part of your Archive.

Are Chapters refillable?

Yes.

Every Chapter is handcrafted in a refillable Jesmonite vessel. Once you've finished your candle, simply insert a Stori refill and continue enjoying your vessel.

The Archive

What is the Archive?

The Archive is designed to display your collectible Stori Tiles and Archive Cards while preserving life's meaningful keepsakes.

Inside, dedicated spaces organize your growing collection, while a hidden drawer provides room for photographs, letters, jewelry, ticket stubs, and other personal treasures.

Do I need an Archive to collect Chapters?

No.

You can begin collecting Chapters at any time and add an Archive whenever you're ready.

What are your vessels made from?

Our signature vessels are handcrafted from premium Jesmonite, creating durable keepsakes designed to remain part of your home long after the candle has been enjoyed.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use a premium natural wax blend selected for a clean, even burn and exceptional fragrance performance.

Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?

Yes.

All Stori candles are crafted using premium phthalate-free fragrance oils.

What type of wick do you use?

Our candles feature 100% cotton wicks selected to complement each vessel and fragrance.

Shipping & Orders

Are your collections limited edition?

Yes.

Many Stori collections are produced in limited quantities. Once a collection is retired, it will not be reproduced.

Will sold-out collections return?

Limited collections are created for a single release. While fragrance refills may return, retired collectible collections will not.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to expand in the future.

Care

Can I reuse my vessel?

Absolutely.

Your handcrafted Jesmonite vessel is designed to be reused, refilled, or repurposed as part of your home after the candle has been enjoyed.

How should I care for my Jesmonite vessel?

Allow the vessel to cool completely before handling. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged soaking.

Candle Care & Safety

Are Stori candles safe?

Yes. Every Stori candle is handcrafted using premium ingredients selected for both performance and safety.

Our candles feature:

• Premium phthalate-free fragrance oils

• Natural wax blend

• 100% cotton wicks

• Handcrafted Jesmonite vessels designed for candle use

As with any candle, always follow the care and safety instructions provided before burning.

How long should I burn my candle?

For the best performance, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn whenever possible.

Avoid burning any candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

How should I trim the wick?

Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) before each burn to encourage a clean, even flame.

How do I burn my candle safely?

Always:

• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Keep away from children and pets.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep away from drafts, curtains, and flammable materials.

• Stop burning when approximately 1/2 inch (12 mm) of wax remains.

Why is there a hidden Stori Tile inside my Chapter candle?

The collectible Stori Tile is intentionally embedded within the wax and will gradually be revealed as your candle burns.

Please allow the tile to reveal itself naturally.

Do not dig into the wax or attempt to remove the tile while the candle is burning or the wax is hot.

How do I remove the remaining wax?

Once your candle has completely finished burning and cooled:

1. Allow any remaining wax to fully harden.

2. Place the vessel in the freezer for several hours or overnight.

3. Gently loosen the remaining wax with a wooden or silicone tool. The wax should release easily.

4. Wipe the vessel clean with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water if needed.

Avoid using sharp metal tools, which may damage the vessel.

Can I reuse my Jesmonite vessel?

Yes.

Your vessel is designed to become a lasting keepsake. Once cleaned, it can be displayed or repurposed around your home.

Future Stori refill options will include instructions for preparing and reusing your vessel.

Is Jesmonite food safe?

Our Jesmonite vessels are designed specifically for decorative candle use and home décor.

They are not intended for direct food contact unless specifically stated on the product.

Will my Jesmonite vessel look exactly like the photos?

Because every vessel is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and natural air bubbles are part of the character of each piece.

These variations make every Stori piece unique.

Can my Jesmonite vessel get wet?

Occasional contact with water is fine for cleaning.

However, prolonged soaking or placing the vessel in a dishwasher is not recommended.

Always dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Is the vessel heat resistant?

Yes.

Jesmonite is naturally heat resistant and suitable for candle vessels when used as intended.

However, the vessel may become warm during use. Always allow it to cool completely before handling.

What should I do if my candle tunnels or burns unevenly?

Minor variations are normal.

Allowing the wax to melt close to the edges during the first few burns helps promote an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

Every design undergoes burn testing before release to help ensure it performs safely and consistently when used according to the provided instructions.

Always discontinue use if the vessel becomes damaged or cracked.

Do your products meet applicable safety requirements?

Stori candles are designed to comply with applicable U.S. candle labeling and safety requirements. Every candle includes required warning labels and burn instructions.
