Shipping

Every Stori piece is handcrafted and carefully packaged before it leaves our studio.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Limited-edition collections and preorders may have extended processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

Because each Stori piece is handcrafted, we currently accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

For hygiene and product integrity, burned or used candles cannot be returned.
